Today was rediculously busy. Stupid teenagers and their days off from schoo. I pretty much spent the day almost finishing the florr moves. After I sent Salena home at 630pm I spent the rest of my shift organizing the back stockroom. Stephen made it into town at about 830pm. By that time Roxxi and I were working on cutting up old t-shirts that were listed to discard. Had some fun with that and then spent the last few bits of the night looking over some of the new books we just got in.

After work Shane just got out of a movie so he decided to meet up with us. So we went back to the house. Ended up hanging out for a bit. some casual shit talking erupted as it always does and before I knew it Shane, Dan and I were having a triple threat elimination match with Stephen as the referee. I ended up eliminated Shane after a nice eelbow smash drop and pinned him. Then ended the match after locking in the crippler cross face on Dan until he tapped out! Lol.

Then Shane and Stephen decided we should go to Walmart. Mind you it’s already midning at this point, and I have to be up at 7am. So we go to the one in Lynnwood, get what was needed and before you know it Shane decides it necessary to go to the one at Everett. So we go there and I ende up seeing some pretty sick hoodies. And as a joke I mentioned we could always hit up Marysville’s Walmart too. And guess what happens . . . we go there too . . . just for the fuck of it. On the way there I got on myspace and I had a mesage from Carol. She wasn’t doing so well so I had her call Shane’s phone and I spend the better half of an hour cheering her up. And I thinkg I did a pretty good job too. I’ll be seeing her tomorrow too so I’m sure that’ll help her out too.

One thing I noticed however was the fact that Shane didn’t seem too happy about mine and Carol’s conversation. And now I feel pretty bad. Carol and I aren’t together. But we make eachother very happy. Shane always wants me to be happy, I know this, but it’s very obvious that him being so lonely right now hurts him more when he sees me happy with a girl. Misery loves company, trust me, I know this more than most, I just wish there was something I could do to help my boy out . . .

Today was meant to be my day off but Salena asked me to come in for a few hours to help with the floor moves. I came in at 11am. I ednded up finding out that Salena is pregnant! I happen to think that’s pretty sweet. But now I actually worry about her. She doesn’t have any children, however she was pregnant once. Ended up having complications mainly involving stress and she had a miss carrage at 5 1/2 months. I know it’s not up to me, but I just hope that does not happen again. And I’m going to do everything in my power to see that that doesn’t happen again.

In other words I’m pretty sure I’m going to be dealing with a lot of heat for a bit. Should get interesting . . .

I came home and then went to the family’s place and had dinner with them. Then Dan and I went home and Shane came over. It’s Monday so we all sat down and watched Chuck and Heroes.

Good times as usual.

Dan Ended up getting a phone call from Stephen, but never answered because he didn’t feel like talking to him. So I called him from Shane’s phone since mine is out of minutes. He wants to come to town again. He was working at Best Buy, and they royally fucked him, so he filed for wrongful termination and the investigation is taking forever. Se he decided he wants to come chill and as always I offered up the cauch. He’ll be coming to town tomorrow. Should be pretty sweet.

Oh! And I found out Elizabeth is coming home! She’ll be back December 17th! I can’t wait to see her! I love that girl so much and I’ve been sad since the day came that she moved to Boston! But she’s coming back to visit! Gah! I can’t wait! No joke, if she wasn’t already in a relationship I’d so ask that woman to marry me!

Today is Sunday. I hate working Sundays. Mainly for 2 reasons. 1) I either work open to close or 2) I work a shift so short it feels pointless to even show up. Either way is barely ever fun.

I spent most of my shift finishing up some floor plan designs for the store and catching up on monthly paperwork. And in the middle of doing the paperwork I relasied that brooke really does not know how to do anything right. So in a sort of nice/asshole way I showed her how to do everything she’s needed to know for months now.

And Oh! Fun time of the day . . . 3 minutes into Brooke leaving the store on lunch a kid decides to drop a Lava Lamp and it ends up shattering. I was so pissed! Lol. And to add to the issues, as I was mopping up the mess, I slipped and drilled my forehead so hard against the side of a major metal pipe. I hit it so hard that it broke skin on my forehead, gave me a decent bump, and 1 killer headache!

I hate stupid people . . . and gravity!

A Night of boredum turns to something good.

At work I finished the Dragon Fantasy Unit and the Figure Unit. Quick and easy day all around. But that is generally how days go when working with Salena.

After work I went to dinner with April and Shane over at Billy McHales. I ended up noticing that in the front window display they had Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. Only . . . one of the dwarves were missing. And I never bothered to figure out which one. lol. After that we took April home and Shane and I sat bored out of our minds at my house. It toook us a good 2+ hours to realise that Dan wasn’t home and that we had no clue where he was! lol. We ended up finding out he went to Anacortes to spend time with familt for the weekend. Then eventually Robert Sisk, seemingly having the same issues with boredum, calls me up wondering if I was having a party or anything. I told him about the no until new years deal and he was cool with that but he still ended up coming by for a bit. We talked about Politics and Comics. Typical Robert and RayraY conversation. Lol.

And the after Rovert left, Shane and I decided to go hang otu at Glacier Lanes. Molli had called earlier to invite us so we decided to go. She didn’t expect us to come, I saw it in her very suprised and happy reaction to seeing us come in the door. All in all bowling was fun. I didn’t bowl but I had fun messing with Molli and talking with Mike about same important future issues

No Parties until New Years!

So I’ve officially decided to not throw any parties for a bit. Not because of drama or other issues as such, but more so just to take a chill for both me and the house. New Years is seamingly going to be our next designated party night. Almost 2 months away . . . shot get interesting.

Work for the most part consisted of just more floor moves. I ended up rebuilding the entire Rock Decor Unit and the Fairy Fantasy Unit. Both of which would normally be a pretty easy unit however with the way our store was built, size wise, I had to make a lot of adjustments.

After work Shane, Dan and I hung out for a bit before Shane and I decided to try something new. Bar hoping. lol. First we went to Shotsies in Everett. To me it was really lame but we did go really early and I guess it doesn’t pick up there much until like 11-ish. Meh. Then we went to The Jet in Lynnwood. Had to pay $10 just to get in! Laaame! We ended up having a beer then left. Basically went to The Jet for a $15 Corona. Lol. But Shane got hit on in the parking lot as we were leaving? Hahaha go Shane! So after that we went back to Everett and went to Madison Pub. A bar I used to go to with Steve and his Boeing co-workers everet Wednesday . . . before they went on strike. Lol. I know one of the bartenders there so it was cool to go in and say hey to him. We had a pitcher and then I got a call from Cheyenne. She was bored and wanted to hang out. So we drove over to Everett Mall and met her there and then decided to go to Toby McGee’s. This is a bar in Everett that just so happens to be owned by an old friend from highschool’s mom! I helped him a lot with shit back in the day so his mom loves when I stop in. The 3 of us had about 2 1/2 more pitchers there before we decided to call it a night.

All around . . . I’ll leave with saying it wasa good time in deed.

Thank god I came in today for a short shift. I don’t think I would have lasted any longer anyways.

Tony came in as planned.There was still a LOT that hadn’t gotten done the night before, but that was expected. So I spent most of my shift fixing up the christmas unit, taking out trash and working on damage merch write outs. And that was the basics to my shift other then finalizing the Halloween Pack Up.

After work I was so exhausted I came home and passed out while on the computer. Then Shane called me. He was bored and wanted to hang out so we ended up going to Everett Mall once again. Saw Andrew and then stopped by and saw Carol as usual. Then we left and made a stop at Walmart where we grabbed the fixin’s for some Fritoburgers.

Then we came home and hung out with Dan for awhile until Carol eventually showed up after work as well. We all just sat around and watched tv the whole time. Molli ended up also stopping by for a little while. It was cool to see them both.

And that was basically my day. And from the looks of things….due to how things probably went with Tony today after I left…I don’t think my Hell Days are ending as a Trilogy. I have a big feeling tomorrow isn’t going to be very fun.

11 hour shifts. Fuck do they suck.

Went in to work at 8am today. Shipment day. As usual. Ended up having quite a bit of shipment to do. But I couldn’t get to it right away. Salena and I ended up spending the better half of the morning finally finishing the Halloween pack up. Then I hit the shipment up.

Yesterday T.T. royally pissed off Salena. T.T. tried to explain how she went above and beyond in her job by clearing out 8 shipment boxes … during her 5 hour shift. Today I did 17 … Yes … 17 boxes of shipment in 2 hours. Hmmm…hardly seems fair. hahaha. God damn she pisses me off.

I found out today that Tony, our district Manager will be coming in. So I ended up spending the rest of my shift organising things so it will be a lot easier to keep everything together for our DM visit. Funny thing is … Brooke and T.T. both have no idea he’s coming. So it shall be interesting to see how THAT situation goes. Hahaha.

I got off work at 7, and had a missed call from Hollie. So I gave her a call back. Ended up making plans to hang out when I got home. I ended up getting home around 8. She came over and I treated her out to Subway. Nothing special but we had some good chat time in. It was good to see her.

Then spent the rest of my night talking to Carol online. We’ve made plans to hang out after work tomorrow. That’ll be sweet. It’s always great to see her. Things aren’t going anywhere. But I guess we’re tryin the full friend thing and seeing how thing’s can go from there. Who knows with that girl. Really. Lol. But yea.

Day 3 of hell tomorrow. Should end reaaaaal shitty with Tony being there. Hahaha. We shall see!

Hell, day 1.

Over the next 3 days I’m working about 30 hours. Today was day 1. 9 hours. I’m so tired. lol.

There is SO much stuff that needs to get done in our store! Floor moves. Last weeks shipment. And Halloween pack up. We’ve only got about half of the pack up done today. Not even 25% of the floor moves are done. And About half of last weeks shipment is done.

I stopped by and saw Krista. She wants to plan to hang out real soon. To catch up on things. I can’t wait for that. It’s been awhile. Then later she txted me asking me if it was free to txt her or not or if it still costed me. I told her it still costs me but she can anyways. She was rather hesitant and just some other stuff she said … seems like something’s up. I hope she’s doin’ ok.

Other than that….nothing special from today’s events. Meh.

The day before the election spent as another regular day.

Not a whole lot of big things went on today.

Spent the better half of the day cleaning.

April came over and we went out to lunch. Ended up having some Panda Express. And then we came back to the house and watched Accepted. I LOVE that movie. Hahaha and now April does as well. Tons of great laughs and fun times. She ended up having to leave early though because she had to go to dinner with her dad. Turns out she’s really helping him out with a lot of stuff that he’s needed to be working on for awhile. It’s good to see her family making good choices. Slams her stress level down a LOT. Which is great.

Heroes wasn’t on this week! Ugh! lol. I missed last weeks episode because of work. And FINALLY got to watch it online today. And go to watch it and Election stuff is on! lol. Sad times … not really but I was dissapointed!

And that really was about it for the day.

The difficulties of retail?

I loved the fact that I didn’t have to go to work today until 6pm. lol. I woke up and soon had Shane come over. We were originally going to go hang out with Kelley and Ashton today but they both had to bail out. But it was cool … Shane, my brother Chris and I all ended up hanging out and going to the Everett Mall for lunch. Chris ended up not wanting to eat, and Shane and I both grabbed some A&W. Good damn food. Ran into an old friend that used to work at Lady Foor Locker that is now working at AT&T enjoying life. Good for him. Shopped around a little bit, scared the SHIT out of my friend Lacey that works at the guest services center. Lol cuz I’m good at it. And also stoped in and saw Carol before leaving the mall. Then we stoped by the Walmart where I ended up buying some new jeans. Hahaha.

Came home and dropped off Chris. Then Shane gave me a ride to work. April ended up calling us and her and I plan to hang out tomorrow! That’ll be cool! It’s been a very long time since her and I have just hung out.

And then I went to work! And I have officially decided to be in a constant stage of a Fuck It All Mood. LOL. Basically be great and happy and not let anyones bullshit drama affect me. It has become VERY obvious that Salena is on her last thread with Brooke. It’s become rather amusing actually. lol. She’s so ready to get rid of her it’s amazing. It’s great because Brooke really can’t seem to get over “The Difficulties of Retail”. Here’s the fun part …. THERE IS NO SUCH THING! The only thing difficult about retail is when someone can’t learn a damn thing and that person holds back the entire team! Guess who that weak ass link is ………

Salena and I stayed at the store until midnight tonight working on floor moves for the store after everyone else left at 7. We have a good time working these days. It’s also become very obvious that the more Brooke fucks up … the greater I look. Hahaha. Cuz I’m not an idiot. But shit happens I guess. I had a great day.

Carol unfortunitly did not …. I’ve been txting her back and forth because she was doing the same thing tonight at work. Only working with someone that sounds up to par with Brooke. So she’s not happy at all. And now I’m going to try my hardest to cheer her up before the night is over.
